About the Presenter
Jeff is a Founding Partner and Strategist at Gloo Inc., a technology company committed to shaping technology as a force for good—serving those who serve to help people flourish and communities thrive.
Drawing on his background as a clinical psychologist and over a decade leading the Marriage CoMission in partnership with Chick-fil-A and the WinShape Foundation, Jeff has dedicated his career to advancing human flourishing through research, technology, and faith-based collaboration.
At Gloo, Jeff leads Flourishing Initiatives Partnerships, working alongside the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard, the Global Flourishing Study, and public- and private-sector leaders to implement evidence-based frameworks that measure and improve well-being at scale.
Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is passionate about integrating psychology, data, and spiritual insight to unlock human potential and collective thriving.
