Rick’s session, “What’s My Point? How to Address the Meaning Crisis in Life and Work,” challenges participants to wrestle with a deceptively simple question: What gives your life ultimate meaning or purpose? If you can’t articulate that clearly—Rick suggests in 50 words or less—it becomes challenging to live it convincingly or share it effectively with others.

 

Drawing on decades of research, teaching, and work with leaders across business, academia, and faith-based organizations, Rick will offer a practical framework for making sense of one’s lived experience.
