About the Presenter

Dr. Sophia Kusyk is an author, visionary leader, and champion of redemptive leadership. She is passionate about equipping business leaders to build the Kingdom through her role as Dean of the Redeemer University School of Business. Dr. Kusyk holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a PhD from ESADE, with over two decades of experience in corporate and university education. During her career, she developed leaders at the Stockholm School of Economics, CorpU, the University of Guelph, Tyndale University, York University, and the renowned IESE Business School. Beyond academia, she loves travelling with her husband and four children.
