ELO Forum Vancouver Table Talk Session
From the first handshake to the final applause, a packed ballroom at the ELO Forum Vancouver 2025 buzzed with energy, ideas, and authentic connection among Christian business leaders committed to making a Kingdom impact.
This year’s Forum featured eight engaging speakers who each brought their own unique perspective to leadership, innovation, and calling.
We heard from
Rick Rusaw, an executive of
gloo, who shared “The Entrepreneurial Adventure of Building the World’s Leading Faith Ecosystem,” offering powerful insights on courage, connection, technology, and collaboration in the faith space.
Dale Lutz brought both energy and humour to the stage with his talk, “All I Really Need to Know in Business I Learned at ELO Conferences,” reminding us that
leadership lessons can come from experience, reflection, and a few good laughs.
Jackie Dinsmore, in conversation with Dr. Rick Goossen, shared from her remarkable journey as a “Legal Trailblazer & Serial Entrepreneur,” distilling five lessons on how to grow a business while staying grounded in purpose and integrity.
The day also featured thought-provoking talks and conversations with
Kyle Thompson, Media Visionary and Founder of
Catalyst Resource Group;
Peter Hall, Chief Economist at econosphere inc.;
Darin Brock, Partner at
TorQuest; and
Kazuki Nohdomi and
Ron Haik, from
Nicola Wealth. Together, these speakers delivered a diverse and dynamic program that touched on every facet of Christian leadership — from finance to innovation to personal calling.
Throughout the day, attendees connected over lunch and coffee breaks, sparking new partnerships, deepening relationships, and exploring how faith and business intersect in meaningful ways. The room was full and buzzing — a tangible reminder that Christian leaders are eager to learn, grow, and lead with impact.
Here’s what a few of our guests had to say:
“May God continue to bless and use events such as this to bring people together and make a godly impact not just through Christian business leaders but also to businesses. This event means a lot to an aspiring entrepreneur like myself.”
“One of the best conferences I have attended. Helped me to strengthen my faith-business journey.”
