Lx Partners

ELO has partnered with Lx Partners, based in Orlando, FL, USA, to grow its global footprint. Lx Partners was founded by Steve French, and today it is a vast and vetted network of relationships that convenes and connects executives and non-profit leaders, providing the resources, relationships, and wisdom needed to multiply their impact and influence.
Lx currently serves influential organizations, including Harvard University’s Human Flourishing Program and The King’s College, with Steve serving as their interim president.
LX Partners is the host organization behind the Flourishing@Work Conference, which began in 2024, an “invitation-only” Summit designed exclusively for executives and leaders who want to explore the true essence of flourishing and transform their workplaces. Hosted at Harvard University, in collaboration with the Human Flourishing Program, Institute for Quantitative Social Sciences, the event takes place over two days.
Featuring in-depth discussions, intimate keynotes, and panel discussions, the conference takes a faith-focused approach to what it means to thrive in all aspects of life, but especially how embracing the concept of flourishing can shape the future of corporate environments.
This summit will feature Harvard’s Human Flourishing team, keynotes from executives, and panel discussions of seasoned CEOs and leaders sharing research findings and practical perspectives to elevate your own flourishing and the flourishing of those around you.
This is an exclusive gathering of some of the greatest research minds and most influential business leaders of our time. It’s an opportunity to delve into ideas that matter, discussions that have consequences, and invest in relationships that have meaning. This isn’t just networking, it’s relationship-building.
Dr. Richard (Rick) J. Goossen has spoken at the Flourishing@Work conference since inception, highlighting the ELO Oxford Leadership Program.
Steve French has been an instructor in the ELO Oxford Leadership Program. He has also spoken at ELO Forums previously.
