We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting interactive, small-group workshops the morning after each ELO Forum on "How to Build a Values-Aligned Leadership Team" led by Dr. Ken Keis, Consulting Resource Group.
A major challenge for Christian business leaders is to find values-aligned team members who buy into the vision and mission of their organization.
Dr. Keis will introduce the Values Preference Indicator (VPI) a tool used to identify key values of team members. The workshop will include exercises designed to help participants systematically examine fundamental values for the purpose of self-learning and group discussion.
As part of this exclusive two-hour workshop, every participant will be gifted and complete CRG's VPI prior to the session, providing personalized insight into their core values and priorities.
Dr. Ken Keis will then help you understand the research behind why values matter, clarify what truly drives you and show you how to use values as a practical framework for making better decisions. You will also explore the power of team values and how values alignment can strengthen leadership, culture and organizational performance.
