We are pleased to have Dan Maudhub, Founder of The Wonderful Group, London, UK, joining us again for the ELO Oxford Leadership Program. Founded in 2018, this year's annual one-week program is from August 9th – 15th, featuring a world class roster of adjunct instructors in the unique setting of one of the world's great university cities.

Dan has lived a career of innovation, creativity and the entrepreneurial spirit. He will share lessons learned from his faith and entrepreneurial journey. He will also assemble a panel of meaning-driven UK entrepreneurs to share their experiences with the ELO global cohort. 

The Wonderful Group consists of Wonderful, a digital creative agency helping companies to scale through fusing creativity and technology; a unique co-working and accelerator space in Kent (WonderHub), a leadership community (Wonderful Leaders), a seed investment fund (Wonderful Investors) and a not-for-profit organization (Wonderful Foundation).

In terms of Dan’s background, he is a distinguished entrepreneur with a proven track record in leading transformative digital campaigns for some of the world’s most prominent brands. As the founder of Wonderful Creative Agency, he elevated the agency to top-tier status, achieving recognition as the 11th best UK agency for client satisfaction in the 2015 Drum Design census. His expertise lies in seamlessly integrating creativity with cutting-edge technology to drive impactful results across various sectors.

Recognised as the Former Kent Invicta Entrepreneur of the Year, his strategic insight extends from board-level consultancy to hands-on marketing execution. He has crafted and implemented strategies for major global brands in diverse fields, including leisure and tourism, retail, luxury, finance, construction, and government. His deep understanding of market dynamics and innovative approaches positions him as a valuable asset in shaping strategic directions and fostering growth.

He runs a network of over 300 impact entrepreneurs and has access to a large entrepreneurship and business community. He founded and co-hosted the Wonderful People Podcast, where he interviews high-profile CEOs and leaders across many sectors. Additionally, he advises and invests in startups as an angel investor.

In addition to his professional endeavours, he is an influential mentor and advisor to numerous tech incubators in London, frequently sharing his knowledge through keynote addresses on digital innovation and business expansion.

As the founder and Chair of the Wonderful Foundation, he supports global community projects focused on sustainability and development, reinforcing his commitment to impactful social responsibility.
