Since 2005, ELO has existed for one simple but demanding reason: to serve leaders who want to grow—not only in scale or success, but in wisdom, meaning, and impact.
What began as a conviction has become a community. What started with a handful of conversations has grown into a global network of entrepreneurial and organizational leaders committed to thoughtful leadership, long-term thinking, and faith-informed practice.
As we reflect on 2025—and on two decades of ELO’s journey—we do so with deep gratitude and renewed resolve.
A Community Measured in People, Not Just Numbers
Over the past twenty years, ELO has convened more than 10,000 leaders across 100+ events, including Forums, workshops, retreats, and site visits. Along the way, 200 speakers—academics, entrepreneurs, CEOs, and thinkers—have generously shared their insight, experience, and hard-won lessons. None of this would be possible without the commitment of 200 sponsors who believed in the mission and invested in the work.
These gatherings have always been about more than content. They are about connection—leaders sharpening one another through conversation, challenge, and community.
Thought Leadership That Travels Far Beyond the Room
ELO’s influence increasingly extends well beyond the events themselves.
Our website now welcomes over 100,000 unique visitors annually, a testament to the growing appetite for thoughtful leadership grounded in meaning and faith. In 2025 alone, we published 56 new blog posts, bringing our total to 597 articles since 2013—each one contributing to an ongoing conversation around entrepreneurship, leadership, and purpose.
Some of those conversations have resonated deeply. Our most-read blog post, Philip Ng, CEO, Far East Organization: A Billionaire Family’s Christian Enterprise, has surpassed 15,000 lifetime views, demonstrating the hunger for stories that integrate conviction with commercial excellence.
Conversations That Keep Playing On
The ELO voice continues through video and audio as well. Across platforms, ELO content has now generated 52,000 all-time video views, including more than 20,000 views of our most-watched YouTube video featuring Phil Vischer.
In 2025, we also expanded our podcast presence, bringing the total to 55 episodes, with 7 released this year alone—each one extending Forum conversations and leadership insights to a wider audience.
Add to that 57 newsletters sent in 2025, 50+ lifetime webinars, and 6 Oxford Leadership Program cohorts since 2018, and the picture becomes clear: ELO is not a single event or initiative, but an ongoing ecosystem of learning.
Honouring Exemplary Leadership
One of ELO’s great privileges has been recognizing leaders whose lives and work reflect excellence, integrity, and impact. Since our inception, 19 leaders have received the Entrepreneurial Leaders Award, each one embodying what it looks like to lead with conviction and courage in complex environments.
These stories matter. They set a standard—and they remind us what is possible.
Gratitude, Momentum, and the Road Ahead
None of this impact belongs to ELO alone. It belongs to the speakers who showed up, the sponsors who supported, the members who committed, and the leaders who leaned into growth rather than comfort.
Twenty years in, the work is far from finished.
If anything, the need for thoughtful, principled leadership has never been greater. And as we look ahead, we do so with confidence—not in programs or platforms, but in the power of a community committed to learning, reflection, and faithful action.
Thank you for being part of the journey so far. More conversations and meaningful impact are still ahead.
