About the Presentation
Title: Called to Flourish at Work
Are you called to your work? Are you flourishing at work? You should be! Steve French will explain how and why. Based on the story where four fishermen are called to be disciples (Luke 5:1-11), Steve will outline the central role of God’s calling in our lives and the importance of flourishing.
There are three leading indicators for flourishing at work: your perseverance; your profits; and your people. During his talk, Steve will provide clarity on the terms calling and flourishing, which are commonly misused or used in nebulous ways. "Calling" is God’s summons that compels you to follow Him for His purposes while "Flourishing" relates to a person's total well being. Steve will explain how you can capture the opportunity to lead yourself, your teams and your organizations more effectively by embracing your own calling and to pursue flourishing at work.
