Site Visits

Every year during the ELO Oxford Leadership Program, the cohort visits local businesses and owners to learn their unique stories and leadership lessons. This year, we are visiting IM Group Ltd. (Birmingham) and the Old Bakery Tearoom (Stow-on-the-Wold).

We will meet with Andrew Edmiston, Managing Director and son of the company’s founder, Lord Robert Edmiston. The cohort will be able to participate in a Q&A session with Andrew and receive a tour of their headquarters facility called “The Gate.”

After the visit at IM Group Ltd., we will carry on to the Cotswolds. Alan and Jackie Slough operate an establishment called The Old Bakery Tearoom. The tearoom serves lunch, snacks, and cakes all homemade on the premises. We will have an exclusive Q&A with the owners that provides a glimpse into their faith journey.
