About the Presenter
Dr. Jillian H. Gilbert is a distinguished leadership development expert, innovative educator, and strategic consultant with over two decades of experience transforming organizations and developing leaders. As Assistant Dean in the DeVoe School of Business, Technology, and Leadership at Indiana Wesleyan University and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator, she brings a unique blend of creative methodologies and evidence-based practices to leadership development.
In addition to her role in the School of Business, Jillian is also serving as the architect and director of the Leadership by Design Center at Indiana Wesleyan University, where she has successfully launched groundbreaking leadership development initiatives that have impacted hundreds of professionals across diverse industries.
Dr. Gilbert holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, complemented by degrees in Organizational Leadership and Applied Communication. Her research focuses on leadership identity development, organizational development, change, innovation, and the transformative power of play in adult learning and development. She is particularly known for her expertise in cross-generational workforce dynamics and learning strategies.
